Anouska & Michael marry at Tawstock

Tawstock Church was the venue for marriage of Anouska and Michael at the beginning of the month. Although the couple now live and work in Wells, they decided to come back to North Devon for their wedding and were joined by all their family and friends. After the service and some photos outside the Church everyone made their way to the Yeoldon House Hotel, Bideford for the reception and further photographs in the beautiful gardens. I was invited stay for the rest of the day and after the meal I took the bride and groom to Woolacombe beach for some romantic shots which was particularly significant as it is where Michael proposed to Anouska two years ago. The happy couple are spending their honeymoon on a mini world tour and will back in the country again at the beginning of October.

The sun shines for Donna & Matt's Big Day!

The sun shone all day long for Donna and Matt as they married at Tawstock Church at the weekend. Just before the bride arrived the groom together with his best men and ushers had a quick game of football in the field beside the Church. After the service and group photos I took Donna and Matt to a lovely old wooden gate near Tawstock school for some dramatic romantic shots. A marquee had been set up on the family's land for the wedding reception and everyone was waiting outside for the couple as they arrived to join their guests for the Hog Roast Buffet. Celebrations went on well into the night and the bride and groom left for their honeymoon to Crete soon after.

Rachel & Brad marry at Tawstock

Rain was the order of the day again this weekend as local couple Rachel and Brad married at Tawstock church. I managed to get some shots of the bride and her immediate family outside at home before the heavens opened. After the service most of the group photographs had to be taken inside the church due to the bad weather conditions. Everyone then made their way to the reception which was held in a marquee near the couple's home in Newton Tracey.
